List of benefits and allowances entitled to Teachers yearly as of 2022

For new teachers whos not well aware of their benefits and allowances, The following information might help you know it.

Alongside with regular salary, DepEd Teachers and Personnel are entitled to receive the following benefits and allowances updated as of this year 2022.

• Personnel Economic Relief Allowances- 2,000.00 (Monthly)

• Mid-Year Bonus- 1 Month Basic Pay (May)

• Special Hardship Allowance ( SHA)- must not exceed 25% of the annual basic salary

• Honoraria for Teaching Overload- maximum of 25% of the annual basic salary

• Year-End Bonus- 1 Month Basic Pay (November)

• Representation Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA)- 5,000.00- 14,000.00 depending on Personnel

• Step Increment- Depending on Salary Grade Table

• Cash Gift- 5,000.00 (November)

• Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI)- 5,000.00 (December)

• Loyalty Cash Incentive- 1,000.00 every year

• Transportation Allowance for ALS Teacher- 3,000.00 monthly

• Teaching Aid Allowance for ALS Teacher- 5,000.00 yearly

• Cash Allowance- 5,000.00 for 2022 (Chalk, Internet & Communication, Teaching materials, Medical) (Start of School Year)

• Clothing Allowance- 6,000.00 (April)

• World Teachers Day Incentive- 1,000.00 (October)

• SRI- 10,000.00(December)
