The Office of the Undersecretary for Finance provides a channel for inquiries and concerns related to DepEd DO No. 3, s. 2020 (Internal Guidelines on the Implementation of Section 4(aa) of Republic Act No. 11469 Pertaining to the Grant of Extension or Grace Period on Payment of Loans under the Department’s Automatic Payroll Deductions Program) by providing a google form for deped employees to fill up and submit.

The Employee Accounts Management Division (EAMD) will handle and provide assistance to these queries.
